Willard Lowe Waning.

Charles as born in November 1850 and died in 1941.

Generation #2

His son, Harry was born about 1876 and died in 1952.

Elwood was Harry's son - born in 1907, he died in 1971.

Back in 1926, James Waning received a diploma when he graduated from the 8th grade in Wendling, Oregon.  It indicated that he should be accepted for admission to any high school in the state of Oregon.
