This is to Certify That the undersigned, a Justice of the Peace by authority of a License bearing the date the First day of December A.D. 1886, and issued by the County Clerk of the County of Clackamas did on the First day of December A.D. 1886, at the house of Hiram Straight in the County and State aforesaid, join in lawful wedlock Mary R. Faglada of the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon and Daniel Grim of the County of Clackamas and the State of Oregon with their mutual assent.

After the death of his first wife, Daniel Grim marriage another Fagalda - this time Mary R. Fagalda.  The wedding took place in his sister's home and was performed by his brother-in-law, Hiram Straight. 

Ironically both marriages - Daniel's and Ivy's would end in divorce.
