After the inventory of Jacob Grim's estate was completed, the appraisers filed
a certification with the County Court, and they and Hiram Straight swore it to be true and accurate.

"This certifies that we, the undersigned appraisers of the state of Jacob Grimm that on the 28th day of August 1877, we appraised the property of said estate as appears by the foregoing inventory amounting in the aggregate to $2649.00
