In July of 1956, Sandie headed off to Camp Cleawox.

"Dear family,



I got here safely and had a nice trip down to camp.  Although I rode on the bus with Jo  I am on the top bunck(sic) with Sue  This letter is my passport to dinner, I can't have dinner with out it."

"Please write and tell me how tiny1 and his seat are getting along.

We're just blowing up our mattresses and getting settled/

Well guss(sic) thats all. Goodby Mom, Pop, and family.
