Christmas - 1930

Envelope

Card - Front

Card - Inside

Card - Reverse

"Dear friends,

Must add a line to say we are all quite well and hope the same for you.
The babies are having a tree to trim this year and we are expecting a lot of fun watching them with their presents.
They are growing up fast, they make a lot of work & a lot of fun.
Our winter has been mild so fat but promises to get stronger soon.
I was glad to hear from James, & will answer some time, but when?
Hope you have a Merry Xmas.

Sincerely Mrs. E. P. White"

This card was postmarked Bozeman, MT.  I think it is interesting to read that James Waning had written Mrs. White.  Was she perhaps a teacher he'd had back in Montana?
